Nicole Richie's Wedding

I have been anxiously waiting for some of these photos like a kid on Christmas. Finally, a glimmer of Nicole Richie's one of three wedding gowns designed by Marchesa. The wedding took place this weekend at Lionel's Mansion in LA and exchanged rings by jeweller Neil Lane during the winter-themed ceremony.

The couple's 2-year-old daughter, Harlow, was the flower girl  and son, Sparrow, 1 was the ring bearer while Nicole's best friend Masha Gordon was chosen as maid of honor.

Nicole walked down the aisle in a $20,000 custom-made Marchesa gown and then changed into two others.Celebrity hairdresser Byron Williams of Byron & Tracey in Beverly Hills styled her locks.

 Celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe, who is pregnant with her first child, attended the ceremony with husband Rodger Berman along with Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rosdale. DJ Samantha Ronson, reality TV stars Khloe Kardashian and Kris Jenner are all said to have also attended the affair, along with Nicole's godfather, Quincy Jones.

The guests feasted on winter treats like home made butternut squash ravioli, filet mignon, truffle mushrooms risotto and seared ahi tuna. Lionel’s outdoor area had allegedly been transformed for the ceremony, with white chairs and tables and an impressive dance floor had been constructed over the pool so they could dance on water. Pretty cool! The makeup is FLAWLESS, love the hair, and adore the classic ultra girl gown. More to come...............

Alexa Chung Bat T for Madewell Hits Today

I simply adored the Alexa Chung for Madewell collection. Luxurious silk shirts, trendy shorts, and amazing dresses were all a part of Alexa's line. For those who don't know Madewell, read up. Madewell is J.Crew's little sister headed by the infamous J.Crew maven Jenna Lyons. It's a little younger and fresher and the jeans are their specialty. Katie Holmes was seen shopping there last year with Suri on Newbury.
Alexa Chung, British style icon, debuted her line in the fall and it flew off shelves. She has now added the longer version of the Bat Tunic that was never seen in stores premiering today at a mere $58. “Wear with tights and a grandad cardigan this winter or wear it to bed so you can look ace even as you sleep,” Alexa says. It's just bat crazy!
